Learning Agreement
Once your registration form is submitted, our staff prepares your Learning Agreement and sends it to you and your school to review and co-sign — it's the basis for your Europass Mobility document below. See what it looks like.
Europass Mobility document
Co-signed with your school as part of your Learning Agreement (see above) — not something we issue on our own. One thing to do: ask your school's Erasmus+ coordinator which method they use, and tell us. The guide covers all methods step by step, with a blank template to download.
Certificate of Attendance
Issued on the last day of your course, based on your daily sign-in record, and signed by your trainer and EMA's authorised signatory. (Your own signature isn't on this document — it's captured separately, on the Europass Mobility document above.) Type your name to preview a sample certificate — the real one adds your course title, dates and hours.
Dissemination & School Impact Plan
A five-step worksheet for showing your school how the course was applied back home — every participant leaves with one. A blank, course-independent copy is free to download.
Course Outline
A reference PDF with the programme, methodology and eligibility of a course — useful for sharing with your school director before applying. Every course page has its own under "Practical information"; the sample below shows the real format.
Invoices & billing
All invoices are issued in euros, with the participant's name and course details. A proforma invoice is sent together with your Learning Agreement, or right after it is signed — before any payment.
Payment is by bank transfer, due at least 1 month before the course start date. Nothing is charged when you apply.

Is the Learning Agreement mandatory?
For courses like ours, EU rules allow a course programme to serve as the learning agreement — but we prepare a full, co-signed Learning Agreement for every participant anyway, funded or self-funded, so your school has clear, formal documentation. Per the Erasmus+ Programme Guide ↗
What do I leave the course with?
Your Certificate of Attendance, the co-signed Europass Mobility document, and a Dissemination & School Impact Plan.
Do I need Erasmus+ funding to join?
No — funding isn't a requirement. Many participants attend through their school's Erasmus+ accreditation or grant, including some as an official Erasmus+ "zero-grant" participant — but you can also apply and pay directly.
Are these courses officially valid under Erasmus+?
Yes — Erasmus Mobility Academy is a registered Erasmus+ provider (OID E10304561).
Is a 5-day course long enough to count for Erasmus+?
Yes — the Erasmus+ Programme Guide sets a 2–10 day range for "Courses and training" staff mobility, and our standard 5-day, 30-hour format sits comfortably within it. Per the Erasmus+ Programme Guide ↗
Is your end-of-course survey the same as my Erasmus+ report?
No — our evaluation form is separate feedback for us. Your school or National Agency may also send you an official EU Survey (Mobility Tool+) to complete; that one is a grant requirement, so fill it in too if you receive it.
Should I keep my travel documents?
Yes — keep your tickets, boarding passes and any "green travel" receipts. "Green travel" means using low-emission transport (train, bus, bike, car-pooling) for at least half your round trip — it can even qualify your school for extra Erasmus+ funding, so ask your coordinator if you used it. Per the Erasmus+ Programme Guide ↗
