Overview

This course helps teachers and educators adapt to the digital age, covering digital citizenship, digital media literacy and the practical use of AI tools in education. Framed within UNESCO, UN and EU digital education initiatives, it builds participants’ understanding of digital safety, ethics and critical evaluation of media content, and gives them hands-on practice with AI tools they can use to personalise learning in their own classrooms.

Methodology

Hands-On Workshops Over Theory

Short theoretical presentations are followed by practical workshops, case studies and group work each day.

Icebreakers and Group Trust-Building

Icebreaker and warm-up activities open the course and each new topic, building group dynamics before deeper work begins.

Project-Based Assessment

Participants are assessed on the projects and materials they create, not written tests.

Your paperwork

Keep your travel tickets, boarding passes and (if you used green travel) any related receipts — your school or National Agency may ask for these for their own Erasmus+ reporting.

After the course

Participants will receive their certificates (Certificate of Attendance + Europass).

Participants will complete a general course evaluation and event survey.

Participants will receive course materials, videos, photos, and PDF documents in both digital and print formats.

Follow-up support: an email group is created for idea exchange, self-evaluation materials are provided, and participants receive a follow-up check-in after 3 months to discuss progress on embedding digital citizenship, media literacy and AI tools into their own school's practice.
