Erasmus+ mobility funding expects more than attendance — schools are asked to show how a course actually changed practice back home: what was shared with colleagues, how it was applied in the classroom or institution, and how it links to the school's own development plan.
This tool structures that into five short steps — staff-room dissemination, classroom or institutional application, resource management, the link to your school’s Erasmus+ objectives, and a follow-up check-in — and turns your answers into two PDFs: your own worksheet, and a short summary for your coordinator or school director.

Give the admin a one-page summary: what the course delivered, the cost, how it feeds into the school plan, and the expected outcome.
Your check-in date is before the planned application date in Step 2 — check-ins usually happen a few months after you've actually applied the course, so there's something real to report.

Tell your school community about it
Many schools publish a short news item after a mobility — on the school website, in a newsletter or on social media — and in an Erasmus+ project it is part of sharing the results. Here is a text to start from: copy it, replace everything in [square brackets], and write the middle part in your own words. Translate it if your school publishes in another language.

[Two or three sentences in your own words: what you worked on during the week, and one idea or moment you are bringing back.]

[If the mobility was part of an Erasmus+ project: This activity was co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme.]
