About this course
This intensive course empowers adult-education trainers with practical skills in adult learning theory, communication, group dynamics and diverse teaching methods. Participants apply what they learn directly through role-play, workshops and case studies, developing skills they can adapt to their own cultural and professional context.
Methodology
Role-Play and Practical Application
Practical applications, role-playing and simulation put adult-learning theory directly into practice.
Group Interaction and Case Studies
Group interaction, experience sharing, workshop sessions and case study analysis run throughout the course.
Culturally Grounded Learning
Content and methods are examined in cultural context, helping trainers adapt what they learn to their own communities.
