Methodology
Interactive, Not Lecture-Based
Each topic (communication, leadership, student support) is explored through interactive exercises, role-plays and group discussion — short theoretical framing only.
Real-Scenario Simulations
Role-playing exercises let you practise handling real classroom-management scenarios before you try them at school.
Personal Action Plan
The course ends with a personal action plan, built through reflective practice and self-evaluation, for continued professional development.
