Methodology
Days 3–4 trace Istanbul's heritage across three layers in one itinerary — Byzantine Constantinople (Hagia Sophia, Chora Church), Ottoman Istanbul (Topkapı Palace, the Grand Bazaar) and the contemporary city (Istanbul Modern, Karaköy) — so participants can teach continuity and change, not a single frozen period.
