Beste Naz Bice

Beste Naz Bice is a PhD candidate in Organizational Communication at Corvinus University of Budapest and an external lecturer at ESSCA School of Management, where she teaches Principles of Negotiation, Business Communication, and Multimedia Communication. She has direct experience with EMA, having served as Instructor/Lecturer for the ‘Green Schools for a Sustainable Future’ Eco School project in May 2024. Her professional background also includes EU programme project management — coordinating European Commission-funded projects and, more recently, a capacity-building programme with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) involving study visits to renewable-energy organisations across EU countries. She holds a Master's in Communication and Media Studies from Corvinus University (Honour Student, GPA 4.98/5) and a Bachelor's in Communication from Galatasaray University, and has published research on organizational communication and quality management. She is fluent in Turkish, English, and French.
