Aliona Varamyova

Aliona Varamyova brings more than a decade of professional experience in talent acquisition, staffing operations, and procurement management. At EPAM, she has led full-cycle recruitment for international IT services teams — designing interview frameworks and candidate assessment criteria, negotiating offers, and analyzing hiring metrics to improve process quality. Earlier in her career, she managed end-to-end procurement operations and vendor relationships as a Purchase Manager, and worked in hotel operations and travel planning, based in Antalya. She holds a BA in Linguistics and Pedagogics from Vitebsk State University and is fluent in English, Russian, and Turkish. Her practical experience in interviewing, negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and structured professional development supports EMA's soft-skills and professional-development training for teachers and school staff.
