Course Description

This course offers innovative approaches to help teachers enhance their classroom management skills. Participants will learn about various innovative classroom management techniques and strategies, such as positive behavior interventions and supports, restorative practices, student-centered learning, and social-emotional learning.

Throughout the course, practical suggestions will be offered to help teachers effectively manage their classroom environments. Teachers will gain knowledge about various innovative approaches that they can use to increase student engagement, positively influence student behavior, and enhance interactions among students.

This course aims to equip teachers with the tools and techniques necessary to be more proficient in classroom management and to contribute to a better learning experience for their students. The use of innovative approaches will contribute to students’ learning more actively and the classroom atmosphere to become more positive and supportive.

This course will help teachers feel more confident in classroom management by providing the tools and techniques necessary to better meet their students’ needs and provide a better experience in classroom settings.

Day 1:

Day 2:
  • Understanding the concept of classroom management and its importance
  • Innovative techniques and strategies for effective classroom management
  • Practical tips and tools for managing disruptive behavior in the classroom
Day 3:
  • Enhancing student engagement and participation in the classroom
  • Using technology and multimedia to create interactive and engaging learning environments
  • Promoting positive behavior and building positive relationships with students
Day 4:
  • Collaborative learning techniques and strategies to promote student interaction
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Case studies and best practices for effective classroom management
Day 5:
  • Course evaluation: discussing and assessing acquired competencies, feedback, and course content
  • Sharing course documents and records
  • Issuing course participation certificates.

To follow

Trainees will be given hard copies of all course materials that they can present to their colleagues in their organization to spark interest in the strategies learned during the training course.

In addition, a mailing list of participants will be created to exchange ideas/experiences.

Self-assessment materials will be provided.

At the end of the course, participants will fill out a questionnaire to get detailed feedback on the effectiveness of the training event.
