This course is designed for educators, counselors, and social workers working with incarcerated individuals, equipping them with the necessary skills to support the vocational and social reintegration of disadvantaged groups. Participants will gain practical knowledge on vocational education strategies, social reintegration approaches, motivation techniques, and methods to facilitate rehabilitation.

The program focuses on adult education techniques, psychosocial support methods, and labor market integration strategies, ensuring that educators are better prepared to assist individuals in their reintegration journey.

Follow-up and Support

After the course, participants will receive all course materials both digitally and in print. An email group will be created for idea exchange, and self-evaluation materials will be provided.
